I am fascinated by how quantum systems push the boundaries of control and coherence, revealing new ways to manipulate and transfer quantum states for future technologies.

Description

Research focus: Hybrid Quantum Systems

Tell us a little about yourself — your research interests, the group you work in, and how long you have been in your current position.
1. I am a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Hans Hübl at the Walther-Meißner-Institut, where I have been working since June 1, 2024. My research focuses on hybrid quantum systems, developing theoretical frameworks to support experiments on squeezing, state transfer, and transmission properties in nano-electromechanical systems and microwave cavities coupled to spin ensembles. Additionally, I am interested in optical QED cavities hosting antiferromagnets for THz quantum technologies and spintronic devices for neuromorphic computing.

What motivates you to apply as a postdoc representative?
As a postdoc representative at MCQST, I aim to advocate for my peers, foster collaboration, and support initiatives that enhance professional growth through workshops, networking events, and scientific exchange. I am committed to strengthening the postdoc community and ensuring its needs are well represented within MCQST.

Tell us about your current research work and what excites you most about it.
What excites me most is the transformative potential of hybrid quantum systems to achieve precise state control, enhance coherence, and drive breakthroughs in quantum information processing and sensing.
