Research WebsiteI love being in the lab and doing experiments. There is always something new to learn, and it’s exciting when you measure something unexpected.
Description
Research focus: Mechanical resonator, suspended membrane, 2D semiconductor
The main goal of my project is to study the interactions between a localized spin defect and the mechanical vibrations of the system. To this end, we use the platform of a suspended 2D semiconductor drumhead hosting an atomic defect. The mechanical vibration and the atomic defect are coupled by strain. We aim to use the mechanical vibration of the drum as a transducer between quantum systems.
